01Who we are

TokBurst is an online service that sells social media engagement packages for TikTok. TokBurst runs independently; TikTok and ByteDance do not own, sponsor or approve it.

02Agreeing to these terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

03What we sell

We offer followers, likes, views, live stream viewers, comments, saves and shares for TikTok. Each service has its own page with its sizes, tiers and prices in US dollars.

Every package is a one-time purchase. We do not sell automatic or recurring services, and nothing renews by itself.

04What you need to give us

• The public TikTok username or the link to one public video, depending on the service.
• An email address for your receipt.
• For Live Views, the username of the account going live and, if you like, a planned start time.

Your password and login codes stay with you. Do not give them to anyone claiming to be from TokBurst.

05One package, one target

A package that goes to a video is delivered to that one video only and cannot be split across several posts. A follower package goes to the one account you name.

06Your responsibilities

Keep the account or video public until delivery is complete, and do not change the username during delivery. Make sure the details you send are correct; we deliver to what you give us. You also agree to follow TikTok’s own rules for your account.

07Delivery

Orders usually start within minutes after they are confirmed. Most finish within 24 hours; large sizes are delivered at a steadier pace and can take longer. These are typical times, not guarantees, because they depend on the size of the order and on TikTok.

08Ordering and payment

Pressing Buy Now takes you to WhatsApp with your order already typed out. The available payment methods and the final confirmation are handled in that chat. An order counts as placed once payment is confirmed there.

09Refunds and refills

Refunds and the 30-day refill are explained in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10Results we cannot promise

We deliver the numbers you buy. We cannot promise more reach, sales, a place on the For You feed or any other result, because these depend on your content and on how TikTok works. TikTok can also remove engagement or change its features at any time.

11Acceptable use

Do not use TokBurst for content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks this rule.

12Limitation of responsibility

As far as the law allows, the most we owe you for any single order is what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for actions TikTok takes on an account.

13Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Check the “Last updated” line above for the newest version. An order placed before a revision is covered by the wording in force on the day you paid.
